June 11, 2017 - Went very nicely with a Spanish lunch. Good minerality. Bit of a twangy finish.

March 2, 2017 - Fairly strong yellow hue. Otherwise fully transparent.
Grapefruit and fresh-cut hay on the nose.
Light and crisp on the palate with some fairly strong tropical fruit flavors. Slight twang toward the back-end that's not so great.
Finish is medium and warm, surprisingly.
Quite a bit like an unoaked chardonnay. -
