April 6, 2023 - Chouette Corbières, constitué surtout de carignan mais c'est le grenache que je repère à l'ouverture (je serais parti sur un beau Gigondas), ça pète les fruits rouges, un gros volume, savoureux et ouvert avec des tanins assagis par les quelques années sous verre. Le lendemain, il a quelques tendances (légères) vers le VDN sec (toujours le grenache, mais plus côté Roussillon), une belle gourmandise qui chauffe un peu (14.5), les dernières gorgées sont somptueuses. Très gros dépôt pour un vin d'à peine 10 ans. TB
