May 11, 2023 - Red cherry on the nose, but also rose hip and redcurrant, perhaps a little leather in the background. The attack is typically silky and elegant, with the Joguet sense of majesty that I so enjoy, understated yet persistent, mainly focussing on red fruits, moving midpalate towards blackberry and finally some blackcurrant on the finish. There is a slight lack of intensity compared to the 2009 and 2010 for example, but still a very good wine.

June 27, 2021 - Lots of fruit. Not very complex. Good.

February 5, 2021 - Still young, but already quite enjoyable. Bouquet of sour cherries and powdery dark cocoa. Almost like a unsweet black forest cake. Medium body with fresh aftertaste. I guess this will nicely develop for another decade.

    September 27, 2020 - Medium ruby appearance

Medium red and black fruit and vegetal aromas. The wine is developing.

Dry, med acidity, med tannin, med alcohol, med body with med+ flavors of red and black fruit. Med+ finish.

Very good wine. Can drink now but should improve with age. The wine is balanced but the tannin should become more integrated with a little more age.

August 17, 2020 - Nice dark berries, not as herbacious as I was anticipating but pleasant herbal notes. Hints of vanilla and black olive. Nice acidity leading to the next sip.
