Ashy whole bunch, red hued fruits, a little sweet spice. Juicy, tangy, ashy whole bunch, tight texture, finishes quite bitter, very whole bunch.
Another a Yarra pinot but this was older; stylistically it represents a moment in time when Australian Pinot producers were experimenting heavily with whole bunch." -

This is going through malo in the bottle. Very gently, so it’s not overly obtrusive. But I expect more of Flamsteed. He releases his wines very early. Is this the downside?
Round fruits underneath this disruption. How will it come out of this?

February 16, 2020 - Leather, earthy wet ash on the nose. Still plenty of berries in three mouth, bit this wine is developing beautifully over time
