February 4, 2023 - Superb Kabinett. Fresh, crisp, not overly sweet but with a bit of sunshine on the palate. The perfect complement to Japanese food and the multitude of complex flavors that went along with the meal. This is great food wine.

January 22, 2023 - Fantastic classical riesling - just a hint of petrol on the nose to start, quickly replaced by beautiful lemony, white floral aromas. Backed up by the palate with some additional green apple flavors, great acidity that keeps the sweet fruit in check. Fantastic - I wish I had more.
