  May 13, 2023 - 2012 Savignon Blanc but still, so fresh! Crisp, refreshing acidity, silky, rich and creamy. I suggest to aerate it at least 30' in the glass and then you get the best of it. Minerals, smoke, citrus on the not se intense nose. Much better on the palate. Exceptional finesse. Long finish.
