  February 21, 2023 - Beautiful Barolo with just the right amount of age on it although it could certainly go another 5 years easily and maybe improve a little. Followed over two nights, it gained a little weight with air, and showed lots of cherries, rose petals and older oak spice notes. Tannins and acidity in equilibrium. Medium-weight wine, a nice companion to food. Should have bought a lot more way back when (as it was an amazing deal on WTSO years ago), and it reminds me of why I should be drinking more (aged) Barolo these days instead of just young Bordeaux all the time ...

  September 3, 2020 - I've had a bunch of these and for some reason this was the best of the lot for me - classic aromas of dried roses, balanced acidity. I think this wine will go for miles, but I'll never know (!)

  August 3, 2020 - Excellent varietally true barolo - crafted on the bold side, this is quite full for nebbiolo, but enjoyable and cruising at almost a decade.
