October 25, 2020 - Ruby fading to rose; rim variation consistent with age. Medium legs. Aromas are definitely red fruit: raspberry, red currant, cherry, a bit of plum. Hints of ginger, netmeg, and dust. On the palate, spices strengthen, hints cinnamon and vanilla emerge. Medium minus body, medium plus finish. Linear texture, medium acidity. At $33, QPR is below average. But since the wine reminds me of fall and had a good finish, I will note complexity. Drink now.
