December 23, 2019 - 50-50 PN Chardonnay, no dosage, disgorged October 2015. Crisp and dry attack. Yeasty, red ripe fruits. A tad lean but quality of mousse is excellent.

November 24, 2018 - Disgorged in October 2015. Drank it over two days. The bubbles become more refined on the second day. Bread crust, mineral, white flowers, lemon zest, and wet stone, on the palate, concentrated front palate acidity, lemon peel, and quite mineral. It is 50% Pinot Noir and 50% Chardonnay for the village of Ambonnay. Zero dosage, very dry style of champagne but with a refined texture.
