    February 9, 2024 - Raspberry, red cherry, roses. Translucent and beautiful pale colour. This is on the lighter more ethereal side….but theres a laser like sharpness. I think it needs more time. Bit challenging atm, the tannins need ironing out. One for the long haul.

    February 6, 2024 - A fine wine, undoubtedly already in a happy phase of its life and ready to be enjoyed. The color is garnet with a beautiful liveliness and transparency; in the glass, it's substantial. From the moment it's opened, it has a disarming intensity on the nose, not holding back and confidently displaying a beautiful composition of aromas, from small red fruits to cherry in alcohol, followed by a hint of rose, mentholated puffs, and balsamic notes. On the palate, it has a frontal tannin that tends to dissipate quite quickly, leaving room for a still powerful acidity that massages the palate. The persistence is medium-long. Great quality, but perhaps I would have expected even more.


    Un bel vino, sicuramente già entrato in un periodo felice della sua vita e pronto per essere degustato. Il colore è granato con una bella vivacità e trasparenza, nel calice è consistente. Al naso ha una intensità disarmante sin dall'apertura, non si tira indietro e mostra con sicurezza una bellissima composizione di profumi, dal piccolo frutto rosso, alla ciliegia sotto spirito, poi una rosa, sbuffi mentolati, balsamici. In bocca ha un tannino frontale e che tende a dissiparsi abbastanza velocemente lasciando spazio a una acidità ancora poderosa che massaggia il palato. La persistenza è medio lunga. Grande qualità ma forse mi sarei aspettato ancora di più.

    October 11, 2020 - Überraschend fortgeschritten in der Farbe. Ziegelreflexe, breiter Wasserrand. Eher heisse Nase. Rosenblätter, leicht eingekochter Eindruck nach Pflaumen. Am Gaumen eher säurebetont, aggressive Tannine, Himbeere und leichte Pilzaromen im Hintergrund erkennbar. Geschlossene Gesellschaft.

    January 14, 2020 - Enjoyed from the cellar over two nights. It was acidic & earthy but balanced, which paired nicely with spicy homemade lasagna.
