August 1, 2021 - Medium garnet color. Floral, smokey, red cherry. Palate about medium in body with structure evident right away - it's chewy, nice presence. Tart red cherry, firm red plum skin. Young, but pretty tasty. I can see upside to my 90 points in due time.

September 7, 2018 - Decanted an hour or so. This is a very nice wine. Has everything I look for in a young Nebbiolo: beautiful floral aromatics, present but not overpowering tannins. Great with pizza. 90-91.

March 18, 2018 - Garnet colored with orange highlights at the rim. Nicely aromatic presentation of bing cherries and oranges with some earth. Medium bodied with elevated acidity and ripe chalky tannins.

December 31, 2017 - Entry level Barolo. Translucent garnet in appearance, with a fairly discreet signature Nebbiolo profile. The palate is technically well structured but the whole experience tends to be dominated by the acidity and insufficient stuffing to match it. Sadly, rather forgettable.

December 14, 2017 - Pop and pour. Plenty of structure with tannins and acid there but not obtrusive. Texturally and visually pretty flawless and smooth. Nice classic Barolo profile especially as the entry level offering. Damp earth, truffles, tobacco, and dusty cherries. Darker fruits like plums are also very much in the foreground. In my opinion this is made to drink relatively young.
