September 23, 2023 - I found a bottle of this in my local wine shop. Must’ve been a straggler because they had a far more recent vintage. Anyway, it was cheap and I thought it’d be fun and interesting to pop the cork on an 8 year old bottle of Verdejo. Beautiful golden straw color, medium body. Very little acid left and rather unbalanced. Bruised apples and a nutty, mineral palate. Way over the hill (as expected). Not terrible, but not particularly enjoyable either.

June 13, 2020 - Just a simple and enjoyable white wine. Great for summertime. Easy drinking but more than enough finesse to make it stand out in a crowed.
