March 14, 2024 - Color is super dark, inky and tooth staining. Big bold wine with nose of blackberries and pepper. Taste is blackberry fruit with black pepper, minerals and chocolate. Still drinking great with smooth tannins and a medium finish. This can easily last for another 1-2 years.

July 23, 2022 - Part of a magnum blow out evening, this was the best juice of the night. Smooth tannins, luscious mouthfeel, paired beautifully with rare rib eye and grilled chicken.

July 14, 2022 - Walla Walla Syrah Festival "Vintage Pour" (Cavu Cellars, Walla Walla): Red currants, dust, minerals, black pepper and earth. Good concentration and no hurry on consuming these.

January 18, 2019 - Rich, delicious blackberry fruit with chocolate and cassis flavors, excellent structure, needs to breathe 1-2 hours before drinking, ample finish
