  December 12, 2020 - Nose floral, quince, apple, mineral. Palate has more acid than I expected or remembered from prior bottles. Mineral and extract there, strong fruit shows almost a hint of sweetness, finish moderately long. This is showing very nicely now, and should continue to show well for some time yet. An improvement over prior bottle. Paired nicely with charcuterie plate - especially foie gras mousse with strawberry-champagne jam.

  April 15, 2020 - Profound quince and floral perhaps lilac. Acceptable acid and good minerals. Fruit and floral strong on moderate finish. Reflects warmth of the vintage.

  July 26, 2019 - Clear light yellow. Intense lemon, apple, talc and lime nose. Electric citrus and orchard fruit flavours and a very vibrant finish.

  April 28, 2019 - This was excellent - all the more so if one adjusts for price. Simple but delicious and refreshing. On the nose citrus and green apple notes dominate. On the palate, yellow apples and pear join in, along with minerality, wet stones, and incredibly refreshing acidity. Delicious by itself or with food. This would likely pair very well with a wide range of foods/cuisines.
