March 29, 2017 - Golden yellow in the glass, palate is crisp, clean and youthful, slight note of effervescence immediately that subsided, bright acidity with bartlett pear, green apple and a hint of citrus. Ancient varietal dating to Roman times from central Italy. Very nice.

February 19, 2017 - Vino blanco del Lazio elaborado con la uva Bellone. De color pajizo brillante. Hay notas de fruta blanca, toques balsámicos y alguna nota floral. En boca entra bien, con cierta untuosidad, acidez media, estructura ligera y persistencia media. Se bebe fácil, sin mucha profundidad. Quizás le venga bien algo más de botella.

January 8, 2017 - This is a clean, crisp wine with aromas of green apple, stone fruit and a hint of white flower. The nose is youthful. On the palate, it is dry and crisp, with medium (+) acidity and medium alcohol (13%). It is drinking well now but does not appear that it will benefit from aging.

June 28, 2016 - VIA NYC Tasting (Astor Center, NYC): Resinous nose leads to notes of herbs and big red. Flat without much fruit.
