October 30, 2021 - This, indeed is a marvellous syrah you can find at most bargained price from new world region(Chile). Already tried twice before, consistently good with notes of ripened dark fruits, pencil lead, spices, oak, velvety tannins with mild acidity and most balanced overall structure. People who haven’t tried this don’t know what they are missing out!

April 7, 2017 - Green edge to this with mint, blackberry and floral notes. Fresh with a nice streak of acidity on the finish with persistent medium tannin. Not over done with a lean fresh profile. Drink 2018-2021

March 17, 2017 - Rich with blackberry, meat, smoke and mint. Powerful big and concentrated pallet with an intense compact finish. Lots of alcohol but the structure here seams to balance it off OK. Soft mouthfeel with a lingering powdery dry tannin finish. Fresh and powerful. Decanted 2 hours.Better in a couple. Drink 2018-2021.

Violets, black pepper and ripe fruit on the nose
Ripe fruit in the palate, full good freshness and some meat
Very discrete oak
Nicely done, some leather on the finish
