August 1, 2021 - Well rounded, opened 1.5 hrs before, lots of sediment, enjoyed with a hearty pasta, red sauce and meatballs

More like an inexpensive Bordeaux blend than a good Cabernet.
While it is a very good wine, it isn't what I expected and is disappointing for the price.
