September 21, 2020 - Two years since my last note. This wine has barely budged. Still watery hay color. Firm, crisp, light to medium bodied, lemony palate.

November 3, 2018 - Watery hay color. Light to medium bodied with refreshing acidity that is more tame than 6 months ago. Lemon, melon peeks out on palate. Good with simply grilled fish, chicken, light cheeses or as aperitif.

June 16, 2018 - Very light greenish yellow in glass. Lemon citrus on nose and palate. Crisp, firm, not sharp. Best first 60 minutes.

March 23, 2018 - Very light hay color. Inviting nose of apple, citrus and tropical spice. Palate is refreshing, smooth and elegantly concentrated. Taste is a cross between dry white Bordeaux and unoaked chard. In a perfect drinking window now before the fruit disappears completely.
