January 14, 2018 - Some funkiness after pulling the cork but dissipated after adequate airation. Nose of green apple, underripe honeydew melon, baby diaper, caramel and green pear. Very slight evidence of oark on the palate with some caramel/vanilla notes, but mostly green apple, underripe nectarine and a long acidic finish.
