May 8, 2022 - Textbook Carmenere, featuring that vegetal characteristic so common in most of these varietals. Smooth, well integrated tannins. Fruit was there, but very restrained. In a perfect drinking window - not sure more age will make it better.

March 29, 2020 - This is fantastic. Dry, earthy, lots of cedar. Perfect tannins at this point. Lots of minerality. Had with a Spanish chicken dish - sort of paella-ish and was a fantastic pairing.
