December 8, 2023 - Very nice fruit - strawberry and cherry. Nice pepper and spicy. Well integrated but lots of acidity so needs a pasta or pizza to balance it out.

    August 2, 2023 - 3rd bottle from a 6 pack, last had a bottle about 1.5 yrs prior.
no formal TN, this wine was full of berry fruit, yummy, with stems, peppercorns, and perhaps rhubarb.
Tannins are rounding out nicely, but nowhere nearing decline. Ample acidity and refreshingly bright, loved it.
    Drink through 2030 or so.

    December 21, 2021 - 2nd of 6 bottles, last consumed 7+ mos ago.
Delicious, red and blue-fruited, intense, slightly confectioned but not overdone; gulpable with pizza and friends.
Lean acidity, refreshingly bright, against the fruity profile. Notes of spice and wet rocks add complexity.
Amazing value at $17+ USD, drink through 2030+.
John Gilman says drink through 2045. I'll push my window to 2035 and watch the evolution. Delicious right now.

    May 11, 2021 - 1st of 6 bottles.
    Brilliant luminescent purple in color.
Dark berry fruit, raspberries, soil notes, peppery spice, and sage/mint on the aroma and palate.
Tannins are still quite tense and gritty, with bright acids and a drying, lip-smacking finish.
Just delicious, so good and what a value at $17 USD. Crazy good, drink now through 2030+.
