March 31, 2015 - Coulee de Serrant 1980-2006: From pre-biodynamic days. Light colour for the age. Nose initially a bit chemical, not entirely clean, hay, herbal notes, milky, gasoline, reductive. With time some honey appears. Palate quite nice, citrusy, some tartiness. It is fresh, but I didn't find enough complexity for the age.
