June 20, 2016 - Clean bright and distinctly burgundy.

nose of brambly strawberry, tart cherry and raspberry. sweet incense, rose petal and a touch of game.

Matching light bodied palate with fresh but not racy acidity. Very Clean and mineral driven. 50% of the wine was aged in large used oak which adds texture, polish, and a faint whiff of spice but never overwhelms the fruit.

    well made, textbook cru Beaujolais.
