December 3, 2020 - Very clean and crystalline pure. But also quite reticent and muted. Give this one some significant air or significant further cellaring.

February 2, 2018 - Excellent. Lively and piercing aromas of grapefruit pith and spice. Smells like it’s going to be sweet but it’s dry on the palate with just the barest hint of sweetness. Super bright. Terrific with food. Great stuff.
