November 24, 2014 - Sometimes More is More . . .
This is just a Perfect RIS, & has it all > Rich, dark, deep, roasted, creamy nose. BIG, rich, dry, roasty, pungent, creamy, chocolate-malty. Complex, smoky, roasted malts. Dry-ish, long, & deep. Beautiful bitter smokiness comes in after mid-palate, & all the burnished, smoky, creamy, bitter chocolate malts make a big show on the finish. This is great Stout - hard to beat, & at 12% doesn't drink hot at all.
Just Big, BadAss, & Wonderful.
