August 31, 2018 - Weird: 2 bottles opend tonight. The first had a hard crust below the cork which needed to be broken to pour the wine which was pale, fruitless and way past its drink by time. The second was OK but in the 'needs drunk' category. The last bottle we opened about 2 weeks ago was delicious. Bottle variation has never been as marked as this!
