April 12, 2022 - PnP, but definitely better after 15-20 minutes of air. A medium to deep violet in color. The nose is filled with dark red fruits, spice and some earth. All of these appear even stronger on the medium bodied palate. The acidity is up to the job of balancing the wine, and any tannins are completely integrated. A very nice showing of a fully aged Zin from a prime producer.
