February 26, 2018 - Closest comparison is a Cotes du Rhone. Very well done, and was ready to drink upon opening. This is very well done, excellent wine for the price.

October 18, 2017 - Smoky, not extremely complex, but amazing at this price. Tannins are a little rough but it is young and will age well.

August 19, 2017 - This deep ruby wine is a blend of 67% Syrah, 31% Mourvèdre and 2% Viognier. Dominated by smoked meat, it adds undertones of earthy black cherries, bittersweet chocolate and dried herbs. Medium-bodied, freshly acidic and with medium sweet tannins, it shows no heat from its 14.5% alcohol (assuming served at 60-65°F). Although the middle palate density is marginal at best, it closes with a finish of respectable length. While not necessarily a wine in the upper echelon, this is a very respectable offering for the price. Drink now-2022.

May 11, 2017 - Another excellent bottle at a great price. Plenty of fruit and even some smoke and spice.
