June 13, 2012 - Yuck. Orange colored yuck. Forgot about this bottle in the cellar and opened it to see what it was like. Long gone.

June 14, 2009 - The Blind Drunks monthly tasting (Chateau Lay): This bottle had been forgotten about in the cellar or warehouse. Long gone...oxidized.

June 19, 2007 - I found this to be a vey nice rose. Nice, bright acidity. Floral nose with soft berry, some minerals. A little short on the finish.
Quite quaffable on a summer evening.

June 15, 2007 - Looks like I drank a different wine that the other tasters. I found this an excellent Rose. But, then again, I love Rose. This wine was clear, bright and brilliant, dark salmon in color and consistent core to rim. Clean and healthy with medium intensity aromas of strawberry and other red fruits with some floral hints. This dry Rose had mild acidity and no tannins with flavors of red fruit and a tad of spice. A medium bodied wine with integrated alcohol and a lenghty finish. This excellent Provence Rose is ready to drink. Paired well with grilled swordfish with a yellow pepper sauce.
