    June 27, 2016 - Colour: cherry red
Nose: plum - damson plum, plum jam. raspberry, juniper berries. Sweet spices, old oak. Savoury too -- maybe olives?
Palate: damson plum, plum jam, perhaps raspberry. Red berries. Juniper berries. Fresh, with lots of berry like acidity. Sweet spice, not much old oak but a touch is there. Savoury, green olives? Medium bodied, chunky drying tannins. Good basic Bordeaux. Fresh, young, and juicy. 13% alcohol.
