May 7, 2021 - Meget gylden næsten orange farve. Nedfaldsæbler, hasselnødder, lidt blomstret eller sæbet, en lille smule skolak, men stadig ret frisk og rank. Sprød moden mund, skovjordbær, lidt pandekage, fin mousse, blød men frisk, tør og masser af syre. Mangler lidt dybde ellers er det virkelig godt og interessant, i min bog nu den skal drikkes, mens der stadig er frugt og friskhed
