October 12, 2023 - Slighly syrupy but tart raspberry and blackberry cordial, black pepper, eucalyptus and black olive.
Similar elements to last bottle but much more harmonious. -

September 26, 2023 - Tasted late in a lineup so minimal descriptors, but having had the Jimmy winning 2013 this was a disappointment. Overripe and green at the same time, I guess a (mostly unsuccessful) attempt to balance the fruit with whole bunch/stalks? Hopefully I'm just too drunk to appreciate the nuances but I don't think so.

September 11, 2023 - A label with decent degeree and I think this influenced my thinking. Fresh for its age but the trade off is a relatively simple fruit profile. Dare I say almost commercial. Very primary and needs more structural elements to be in 'wow' territory.

July 31, 2021 - Lots of savory and complex notes. Enjoyed at a family dinner celebration, as a great follow on to the 2013 Terlato & Chapoutier Shiraz paired with grilled jalapeño sausages, grilled peppers and onions and potato salad. Excellent.

February 25, 2021 - Still very fresh from screwcap
Tar sage and garrigue on nose
Dark fruit and savoury flavours on palate. Medium body,medium+ acidity.
Great example of Adelaide Hills balance
