  September 5, 2021 - Labor day lunch in the Valle de Guadalupe, Mexico aka "hey, why did you age this Falanghina so long?"
  
  White peach, pear, melon, meyer lemon, petrol/tbn, dried herbs, wet stone. Pretty tertiary and mineral driven. Much better than I expected it to be at this age. Great pairing with yellowtail ceviche

  May 11, 2020 - PnP. Light straw yellow. Saline herbal nose, nice acid on the palate, a bit disjointed but nevertheless an interesting aperitif wine. Better than I expected at age 5.

  May 3, 2018 - PnP. Medium gold. Slight effervescence. Saline, herbal nose. Medium palate weight slightly soft but with some nice acidity on the finish. Not the best of Falanghinas.

  April 14, 2017 - Interesting marine nose - salt, iodine, along with some pear, melon. A little effervescent (excess CO2). Nice attack, but very flat & flabby mid-palate and finish. OK, nothing special.
