June 17, 2023 - Wouldn't describe it as super-tannic, but did benefit from an overnight in the fridge. Really well put together with great balance and complexity.

January 27, 2023 - Drink now if you like tannins. Otherwise this needs a ton of time. Our host decanted this for 4 DAYS before serving, and it’s super tannic. Has a lot of great fruit so worth the wait.
