  April 22, 2023 - 30min decant leading to a wonderful moment of smelling this wine and knowing it's on. Deeply perfumed nose that grew over time. Concentrated red fruit into darker cherry character, flowers, forest floor, some oak spice, some Asian spice; well integrated tannins that are still dense and could break down further. In a great place and certainly not shut down but could keep a while longer.

  November 1, 2022 - 2022 Excellent Burgundy Adventure; 10/31/2022-11/6/2022 (Burgundy): Expressive but a bit straightforward nose displaying concentrated black fruit, blackberry jam, black cherry, a hint of green, leather, dark spices and earth. Very good concentration, packed slightly chunky black fruit, generous but a bit angular, medium acidity, earthy mineral, slightly coarse tannins, and a medium to long ripe black fruit driven finish. Perhaps a few more years of cellaring with help resolve tannins and add complexity via sous bois.

  September 16, 2022 - Deep garnet colour. Blackberries, clove and barnyard smells with ripe black fruit and grippy tannins on the palate. Medium acidity. Needs a few more years to reach its peak.

  February 4, 2021 - 入鼻气息集中有线条感，有黑莓、野樱桃等集中的黑果味，还带些粉质的山楂。很重的野味、菌菇、带点干紫罗兰花和金属，汇集在整个结构中。入口酸度高企，在这里颇有一点七进七出的意味，结构不太大，有点硬派的肌肉感，还不太好驯服。果味表现为黑果，野生酸樱桃，黑莓，覆盆子等，还有点余柑果或橄榄的味道。野味，淡淡的菌菇，花香和些许辛辣的香料从中段贯穿到结尾。90-91
