March 18, 2021 - Pelissero Zoom Tasting. Drank in Gabriel Standart.
Appearance is clear, pale intensity, ruby colour with thin garnet rim. Legs.
Nose is clean, medium+ intensity, with aromas of red cherries, light florals, sweet scent perfume and oak spices. Developing.
On the palate, dry, juicy high acidity, medium+ alcohol, soft high tannins, full body. Medium+ flavour intensity, with flavours of sweet red cherries, ripe strawberry, red plum, sweet oak spices. Pliant plush mouth-feel. Good to go already.
Good quality. More made-up and fruity than the Tulins for sure. Could be construed as slutty in a way. Objectively is a good wine, just not classical Barbaresco.

October 6, 2020 - Things have come more together in the bottle. Not quite as thin and unbalanced as previous bottles. Even though not a top year time has done its part. This was my last bottle, but I would recommend first others to first start drinking this in 2021 or even 2022...
Even less expensive Nebbiolo wines just need time. This will benefit from some meat with fat and creamy sauce.

February 14, 2020 - Still young and fairy tannic, even after an hour of decanting. Red notes dominate. Limited complexity.

November 28, 2019 - a pretty Barbaresco -- relatively soft and pliant on palate. But I think it should keep for another 10 years without problem, with evolution of course.

November 4, 2019 - No problems with the cork in this bottle. However the wine was disapointing. Hardly any fruit at all. Nail polish...
