December 25, 2021 - Drank with homemade Meat Bolognese and whole wheat pasta along with garlic toast. Exactly like my last tasting note: It smells like vanilla, blueberry, fig, raisin and forest floor. It tastes like cherry, vanilla, bark, cedar and mineral. The body is medium. The wine has leathery texture. The wine finishes short. The wine has low acidity.

March 29, 2019 - Ate with Pizza...Amazing!! The wine looks ruby colored. The legs are medium. There is no sediment in the bottle. It smells like vanilla, blueberry, fig, raisin and forest floor. It tastes like cherry, vanilla, bark, cedar and mineral. The body is medium. The wine has leathery texture. The wine finishes short. The wine has low acidity.

July 17, 2018 - Dull garnet with minimal clearing at rim. Medium(+) aromas predominantly cherry. Medium (+) palate of red/ black fruit with some cocoa. Medium tannins with nice acidity and ETOH appears higher than that stated. Nothing too complex but a tasty bottle of wine.

May 2, 2018 - Medium ruby. Medium aromas of sweet cherry/ cranberry with underlying floral component. Medium palate of cranberry/rhubarb with green component. Medium(+) tannins and nice acidity. Drinking well now, no need to wait.

August 11, 2016 - Dark garnet with orange undertones, clearing at rim. Medium(+) aromas of ripe red/black fruit, with secondary aromas of bacon fat/ smoke and tobacco. Luscious aromas, very enticing. Palate more red fruit, rather thin and very surprising considering expectations from the nose. Medium tannins and medium(+) acidity. Score based primarily on the nose.
