Community Tasting Notes 1

November 18, 2018 - WOW this has some strong acidity. Nice dark ruby color; floral, sweet nose with prominent red fruit, and with the 14.5% alcohol being apparent. Perhaps this is just too young yet. A GSM blend, nice fruit taste and sweetness level, and proper tannins I'd say, but the acidity overbalances everything else in the early palate, and it gets really sharp and dominant on the finish - whacking a good 6 points off the score, in my opinion. Doubtful, to me, if time will cure this.
