    December 6, 2023 - Reduced, rich, persistent.

April 26, 2022 - The one we tried to beat the "Monty" (Kolabo): "Beat the 2004 Drouhin Montrachet"

Bouquet of white and yellow flowers, lemon peel and vanilla. Palate is rich and concentrated with sufficient acidity here that lends some balance to the finish. Overall medium acidity and medium finish.

November 10, 2021 - Five wine friends and two guests (Restaurant Olivijn (Michelin star) Haarlem, The Netherlands): A very elegant bouquet, but the elements are difficult to catch, lovely vanilla & citrus, not a powerhouse, concentrated is a better description; long aftertaste, super fresh and with a long live (and more points) ahead.

December 19, 2019 - As I decant the bottle, the room starts to fill with aromas of toasty oak, lemon curd, flowers, good aromatic presence confirmed I would say. The wine is unctuous, with great palate presence, good freshness but not with as much minerality as I had from other vintages and wines of this producer. 94-95
