March 11, 2023 - Beautiful dark red cherry, blackberry and vanilla notes. Tobacco, cedar and sage underneath. This has a nice balance and blend of modern unctuous fruit and classic dry cabernet notes. This site is beautifully peched over Lake Hennessey and the quality shows.

January 22, 2023 - Minty. It’s a beautiful wine in many ways and I enjoyed drinking but it didn’t blow me away. Not very expressive and a bit hot. That said, I enjoyed. It’s more about what I expected from Fairchild
