  November 30, 2023 - Quite advanced. Apricot, apple strudel, honey, petrol, gooseberry (yes! though it’s Riesling not Sauvignon Blanc), custard and apple lemon tarts, creme brûlée. Faingrained acidity. 92-93

  January 22, 2023 - Straw color. Sharp acidity and ripe flavors, some little petrol botes and good focus and length. Many more years to go but already drinking very well

  January 14, 2023 - The wine is similar to my tasting note from 19 February 2022. This time I used the glass Josephine No 2 which makes the wine in my opinion even more beautiful. I'm glad to have one bottle left.

  February 19, 2022 - Color: medium golden / Nose: intense, red apple, linden blossom, honeycomb, a touch of peach, little petrol / Palate: high acidity, fantastic length, medium+ bodied, pink grapefruit, apricot, little petrol / Glass I used: Zalto Universal / Overall: A great Riesling which is at a very nice stage. It is very well balanced and has a great length. Love it!
