October 1, 2022 - Gold colour, medium intensity. The nose very perfumed. Roses! (Almost like Gewurztraminer...). Almond pulp and some saffron starting to evolve. Yellow fruit, honeydew melon. And some honey.
In mouth, sweet with medium acidity and medium(+) body. Flavours as aromas, with the almond pulp pronounced. Agile with a tiny grip. Very nice!
From 85% Semillon, 10% Sauvignon Blanc, 5% Muscadelle. RS 110g/l. Raised in new and old barrels.1 person found this helpful Comment -

November 19, 2021 - Clear yellow colour. Nose shows dried apricots, marzipan and quince. Mouthfeel is sweet, medium bodied plus with decent acidity and notes of marzipan, dried apricots and quince.

April 17, 2021 - Rich, ripe and ready. Honeyed tones on the nose with a nice orange peel touch to it. The palate shows orange marmalade and honey, sweet with great acidity. Delicious!
