February 26, 2022 - Prominent nose of violet and green apple. Closed at first and later revealed more white fruit aromas like lychee. It's so aromatic that it's almost viognier-like. Refreshing acidity. Still youthful with a bit of heat. Finish is long and enjoyable.

July 30, 2016 - Le meilleur SB depuis le début de l'été. Arômes initial de pamplemousse, milieu de bouche avec une légère pointe citronnée. La finale sur la mie de pain, levures sèche et un peu mielleux. Attaque fraiche et minérale, bonne acidité. Très long en bouche pour une finale plus grasse. Vraiment une belle complexité aromatique dans la bouche. Après quelques heures d'ouverture, devient plus gras et développe de très légère aspérités boisée.
