March 17, 2005 - Opened straight out of the fridge before heading out to celebrate St. Patrick's Day. A very good friend loves sweet wines.

A deep golden color, thick in the glass as it clings to the sides of the Riedels. Nose of minerals, apricot syrup, with a touch of caramel. In the mouth this is unctuous. Minerality, apricots, a little orange peel, caramel. Liquid nectar. I love this stuff!! It seems it still has quite a ways to go. From a 500ml bottle and $30. A real bargain for a stickie of this caliber.
