September 22, 2022 - Really enjoyable fruit-forward new world grenache. Shockingly primary at 9 years old (screw cap probably helps). Alcohol was well hidden and the oak usage for me was just right/goldilocks level. Excellent QPR.

January 12, 2021 - Medium ruby in color. Blackberry, strawberry, cinnamon, smoke, sour sugar, tart cranberry, vanilla, and wet earth on the nose. Pomegranate and sour cherry on the palate. Structured tannins and medium plus acidity. Tartness, vanilla, and black pepper on the finish.

November 19, 2018 - Tasted blind. Dark ruby, medium tearing. Med intensity, candied red cherry, raspberry, violet, lavender, potting soil, leather, no oak. Medium body, high acidity, med+ tannin, med+ alcohol. Balanced, med complexity, med finish.

May 7, 2018 - Black cherry, mulberry, pomegranate nose with a dusted chocolate backbone. Slightly redder on the palate - red cherry, raspberry, black currant, mint. Generous acidic bite in the finish. Great QPR. Would happily make it a daily quaff. Still quietly preferring the ‘14.
