March 1, 2017 - Nose is strong and crisp. Grass, green apple, cantaloupe. Maybe lemongrass.
Palate is clean, a little sour. Long finish, little alcohol. First thing that comes to mind is lemon juice. Maybe unripened kiwi. Mary picks up on some hints of soft vanilla.
