  December 7, 2022 - Tasted at the winery. This bottle had been open for a day prior to our taste. It is medium ruby colored. Nose is very fragrant and classic with roses and cherry, just a hint of spice and a mineral undertone. Big structure here with still some drying tannins, yet it is rich and chewy with great depth and complexity. Blood orange, candied red cherry, anise and others flow in nice layers. Very long on the finish. Great balance. This is evolving great and will be very long-lived.

  December 3, 2022 - We drank this with grilled chicken thighs and roasted vegetables.
  This was a beautiful Barbaresco.
  Unfortunately, we did not keep detailed notes.

  June 7, 2020 - Medium to dark ruby colour. Red fruit, dark cherry, roses, tar, a rusty iron component and a hint of black tea, with good acidity, dusty, well-behaved tannin and good length. Young. Last glass on day two drank best. Hold for at least five years. (90+)
