March 27, 2024 - So frustrating... natural cork seal; and unfortunately this was definitely starting to oxidize; the palate still had some freshness and minerality, but the nose was toasted walnut and bruised apple. I tried to push this a little further given the vintage and the quality to let it mature. White Burgundy... so good and yet so frustrating

February 29, 2024 - Pierre Morey/Fourrier Dinner at La Paulée de Los Angeles (Bicyclette, Los Angeles): Full yellow. Leesy, lactic fragrance. Medium weight, creamy mid-palate. Zesty sweet citrus, excellent acidity, not nearly as much minerality as in the Perrières. Complex, restrained, relatively delicate, and complete. Despite all these positives, it did not inflame the senses. Surely excellent though.

December 6, 2023 - Excellent, beautifully-balanced Batard from this excellent vintage. Rich, substantial body with pleasing acidity. Honey, sweet stone fruit, minerality. Great intensity and long finish. Superb wine. (@Kelly’s)
