February 10, 2018 - Pop and pour, consumed over 4 hours. Nose: Medium expressiveness, saline, flint, sour cherry, with subtle floral hints. Palate: Medium bodied, cherry and raspberry attack, solid acidic back-bone, leather and herbs appear in the back-end. Finish: Medium length dominated by tart red fruit and minerals.
