December 2, 2022 - Yellow straw color. Medium body. A whiff of fennel on the nose that dissipated over time. A touch tart / heavy on acidity. Nice minerality and finish. I had hoped for slightly more given the vintage and climat. This got better as time progressed. Would likely benefit from decanting.
